Late check in

Should you need to check in past 21:00, it is imperative that you call or email us by 20:00 on the day of arrival so we are aware and can plan for you accordingly. As a free service, your hotel key will be left in our key lockbox for you. You will be sent a text message or email message with the one-time use code for opening the lockbox to retrieve the key to your room.

Children Discounts

Sauna at The Hotel Am Alten Rhin

  • When you would like to use the Sauna, you will need to let us know at least 1 hour in advance so we can turn it on and prepare it for you.

  • You can use the Sauna for up to 3 hours. The Sauna closes at 21:00.

  • It costs 10 € per person per day

  • When you would like to use a bathrobe, it costs a flat fee of 5 €

  • Our sauna area is located on the top floor complete with a dry Finnish-style sauna room, a shower, and a relax area.

  • There is a stunning view of the garden courtyard

  • Perfect to warm up in during the wintertime or to use after a long day of exploration by foot, bike, or boat
