  • Sind die Hotelzimmer mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet?
    In unsere Zimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage.
  • Room Service
    At the Hotel Am Alten Rhin in Neuruppin, we do not offer any in-room dining services.
  • Is there an elevator in the Hotel?
    Our hotel does not contain an elevator. Please keep this in mind when considering your choice of room.
  • Parking Information
    Free parking is available to all hotel guests and is subject to availability. Our car park is located on the hotel premises.
  • WiFi in the Hotel
    Yes, Free WiFi is available in all hotel rooms.
  • Breakfast Buffet: Operating Hours
    Our breakfast buffet is open daily from 7:00-10:00 and the price is included in the cost of your hotel room. ​ Please wait to be seated by a service team member.

  • Smoking in the Hotel
    Smoking in our hotel rooms is prohibited! In the event of a failure to comply with hotel rules and regulations, a cleaning fee of €200.00 will be added to your bill for the smoke pollution.
  • Pets
    Pets are not allowed in our hotel rooms. Pets are also not allowed in the restaurant area.
  • Check in / Check out
    Check-in by 15:00 Check-out by 11:00
  • Check-In after 21:00
    Should you need to check in past 21:00, it is imperative that you call or email us by 20:00 on the day of arrival so we are aware and can plan for you accordingly. As a free service, your hotel key will be left in our key lock box for you.   • Sauna
    When you would like to use our Sauna, you will need to let us know at least 1 hour in advance so we can turn it on and prepare it for you. You may use the Sauna for up to 3 hours at a time and it closes at 21:00. It costs 10 € per person per day.

    22.12.2024 bis 27.12.2024 ist das Hotel geschlossen. Das Restaurant ist am 25.12.2024 und am 26.12.2024 in der Zeit von 11:00 bis 16:00 Uhr geöffnet und nur auf Vorbestellung möglich.
